Overview
(not)Loco is a modern online therapy platform connecting users with licensed therapists via voice notes and video check-ins. I designed and developed the full website from Figma designs — with a strong emphasis on creating an emotionally appropriate, accessible, and conversion-optimised experience for users seeking mental health support.
The Challenge
Mental health audiences require interfaces that feel calm and trustworthy. Every design choice — typography, spacing, color — needed to carry emotional weight without feeling clinical or cold.
